Aurora on France is a new, state of the art community, attached to Fairview Southdale in the heart of Edina near many medical centers/providers. It is conveniently located off of Hwy. 62 and France Ave. on a bus line. Aurora is a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. The Receptionist is responsible for providing receptionist/clerical support for the community. This position is full time day/evening shift and benefit eligible (32 hours per pay period-every other weekend).
Serves as the “Face of the community” - first contact for residents, families, visitors and employees
Administrative duties
Provides marketing support as requested
High School Diploma or GED required
One to three years related experience
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)
