    Principal Accountabilities

    + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components

    + Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and waste management

    + Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

    + Coordinate with supervision for specialized repairs and services

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company polictes

    + Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies

    + Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for facility events and operations

    + Assist in Hazmat response

    + Aerial lift and forklift trained / qualified to perform duties

    + Knowledge of gas farm operation and maintenance

    + Other Tasks Assigned

    Required Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus

    + Proven experience in building and grounds maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting

    + Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance practices

    + Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
