    Required Education/Experience

    + Associate's Degree and 4 years' work-related experience or

    + Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' work-related experience.

    Relevant Work Experience

    + Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products, required.

    + Contract Management, Contract Creation, Sourcing Strategy, Spend Analysis, Market Intelligence, Negotiation and analytical skills, Supplier Analysis, required.

    + Proficiency in Contract and Procurement Law, required.

    + Knowledge with RFx Development and Execution, required.

    + Understanding of Supplier Analysis, Screening & Selection, required.

    + Understanding of spend analytics, market intelligence, financial analysis and regulation, required.

    + Understanding of Supplier Relationship Management, required.

    + Oracle knowledge, preferred.

    + Understanding of Con Edison operational knowledge, preferred.

    Licenses and Certifications

    + Driver's License Required

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds

    + Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday

    + Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

    + Ability to read small print and symbols

    Additional Physical Demands

    + Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
