Discover Impactful Work:
As a Manager, Clinical Operations Site, you will provide technical support to assist with the operational management of administrative functions within the clinic. **This position is based in Bethesda, Maryland, and the ideal candidate possesses experience in the following areas:**
+ Government clinical program experience
+ Clinical trials within large institutions, e.g. hospitals/academic medical centers
+ Infectious disease experience
A day in the Life:
+ Provides technical experience needed to manage the administrative functions within
+ the clinic.
+ Plans, coordinates and manages various programs and work projects.
+ Coordinates revisions to current clinical program activities.
+ Coordinates special clinical projects.
+ Coordinates the activities of various clinical committees by providing logistical and technical support.
+ Acts as liaison with staff and other government and non-government offices.
+ Ensures compliance with required program, administrative and management deadlines. Collects, enters and updates data into tracking database.
+ Assists with budget tracking and protocol management.
+ Performs various clinical literature searches and receives, reviews and prepares clinical/technical reports.
+ Requests and initiates the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment. Arranges/coordinates scientific meetings, seminars and conferences and provides appropriate background materials.
+ Other duties, as assigned.
Keys to Success:
Education
+ Bachelor's degree orequivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Experience
+ Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 4+ years).
+ 1+ year of leadership responsibility
+ In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
+ Demonstrated experience working in a clinical environment
+ Demonstrated knowledge of program and protocol management
+ Budget tracking experience

Compensation and Benefits
The salary pay range estimated for this position Manager Clin Ops Management based inMaryland is $110,000.00–$150,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
