    NJR is seeking a PMO Project Analyst Intern to assist the Project Management Office (PMO) team.

    What you will do:

    Bring your enthusiasm and drive and you’ll learn from some of the top talent in the energy industry. You’ll have hands-on experience with your team and the support of our human resources team through this 10-week program. Growing both professionally and personally throughout the program could lead to future post-grad opportunities.

     

    • Participate/lead in the improvement of project and portfolio management processes and tools

    • Enhance metrics and reporting capabilities leveraging Microsoft Power BI

    • Identify and present new ideas to simplify or innovate the PMO

    • Assist Project Managers and project portfolio management system administrator in daily duties

    Requirements:

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science or related field

    • Excellent customer service, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality

    • Complex problem-solving and decision-making skills including creative problem-solving solutions

    • Ability to multitask, analyze and solve problems quickly with attention to detail

    • Understanding of Project Management concepts

    • Working knowledge Office applications, SharePoint, MS Teams

    • Available to work full time (40 hours per week) during defined intern program dates

    • Ability to work hybrid/onsite in the corporate office in Wall, NJ

    • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
