Role Overview

**Sodexo Corporate Services** is looking for a **Chef Manager** to join our team at one of our accounts in Herndon, VA **!** The food operation at this location consists of **1 café that serves Breakfast and Lunch, and Catering Operations.** The **Chef Manager** will be the number 1 and the chef for the business. The **Chef Manager** will be the only salaried manager at this account and will have a team of 3 hourly employees. Total MV is 250 K. This position has a 60/40 split, with 60% of this role being **"culinary"** focused.

What You'll Do

+ Overseeing the day to day operation

+ Manage the client relationship

+ Responsible for the finance/budget for the operation

+ Menu planning

+ Ordering

+ Inventory

+ Food and labor cost

+ Leading and developing a team of 3 hourly employees

+ HR related duties

+ Catering production
