**General Purpose** :

Performs a variety of warehousing functions, including picking materials, packaging, crating parts for shipment, and delivery.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities** :

+ Pick, process, and deliver parts to departments according to the established production sequence.

+ Follow up on daily orders to ensure timely product delivery for shipment or assembly.

+ Maintain necessary documentation for all transactions and forward it to the appropriate teams.

+ Perform visual inspections of products, and report shortages or defects to the appropriate work groups.

+ Handle and package critical parts with care.

+ Load, unload, and move materials within or near the warehouse. May move materials manually or with equipment such as hand trucks, electric dollies, or forklifts.

+ Assist with regular cycle counting of products to ensure inventory accuracy and verify that all transactions are completed properly and in a timely manner.

+ Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

+ Complete various housekeeping tasks, including maintaining records, cleaning tools and equipment, and ensuring storage areas are organized and clean.

+ Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.

**Salary:** $18 - $21 per hour, depending on experience

**Qualifications** :

+ Ability to multi-task and transition between tasks without losing efficiency or composure.

+ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a diverse team environment.

**Education/Experience and/or Training** :

+ High school diploma or equivalent training.

+ At least 1 year of warehousing and/or inventory experience.

+ Experience with UPS, FedEx, and logistics shipping software/websites is a plus.
