We’re searching for a Skopje-based Senior Finance Analyst to join our Finance team, so that we can strengthen financial reporting and decision-making across our global business units. The Senior Finance Analyst will provide strategic insight and business partnering support to enhance performance, drive growth, and improve forecasting accuracy.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

+ Consolidating ARR bridge reports and commentary to provide insight into recurring revenue performance

+ Leading financial analysis for Professional Services in order to track revenue, utilisation, realisation, and expenses

+ Managing the contract renewals pipeline to reconcile forecasted opportunities for quarterly performance reporting

+ Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate billing schedules and financial plans

+ Improving reporting processes using Tableau/BI tools to drive efficiency and data clarity

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

+ Experience as a commercial accountant in a fast-paced industry (ACCA/CIMA qualified or working towards qualification)

+ Proven success in financial analysis and reporting in a recurring revenue or SaaS business model

+ In-depth knowledge of tools like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, and Tableau/Power BI

+ Ability to commute to our Skopje office [insert number] days a week (hybrid options available)

+ Sincere interest in business partnering and supporting commercial decision-making

+ A knack for working collaboratively across finance and non-finance teams in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
