    Manufacturing Engineer Intern

     

    This position gives intern's valuable experience in many different Engineering areas. The Intern would work with several Engineers all with different specialties.

    Job Description:

    + Design fixturing, and devices for new and existing Drive Train product assembly. This would include automated assembly lines, semi-auto or manual work cells.

    + Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment problems if needed.

    + Exposure to CNC Machining Centers, PLC programming, HMI programming, robotic (FANUC) programming, and servo programming.

    + Recommend design or process improvements on existing Drive Train products to lower cost and improve performance.

    + Write ISO procedures for new processes.
