+ Responsible for supervising a team of Designer/Drafters. Ensures drawings and designs adhere to established specifications and standards.

+ Responsible for making certain that all work is performed safely, ensuring that safety is an integral element embodied in equipment design and specification.

+ Develops documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

+ Performs checking of design documents produced by peers, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

+ Develops and maintains drafting standards and procedures.

+ Establishes and monitors work goals and objectives. Evaluates employees through performance reviews, ongoing coaching and feedback methods.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.
