Join a team where your expertise in billing and payment systems will help enhance customer-facing web and mobile applications that serve millions of users. We need a Technical Systems Analyst that has been a developer in previous years, someone that can get into the code at a granular level. This allows the individual to better understand/map out the requirements in terms the development team can easily digest and follow.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work remotely from your home office to provide assistance with:

+ Leading technical discovery and integration of industry-leading payment solutions (like ACI and CyberSource).

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct detailed JAD sessions to gather requirements, elicit technical details, and lead collaborative design sessions.

+ Create comprehensive technical diagrams, dependency maps, data flow diagrams, impact documents, and gap analyses.

+ Work directly with internal teams and third-party vendors to support the integration and optimization of billing and payment systems.

+ Analyze code, service contracts, architecture, and data flows to ensure seamless integration between systems.

+ Support enhancements and issue resolution for web and mobile customer portals.

+ Evaluate current systems and processes to document “as-is” and recommend “to-be” solutions.

+ Work with business stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

+ 7–10+ years of experience in systems analysis or technical business analysis roles.

+ Hands-on experience supporting web/mobile applications in enterprise environments.

+ Strong knowledge of billing/payment systems, especially involving third-party vendors.

+ Familiarity with tools/technologies like JS, HTML, JavaScript, Java.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

+ Strong documentation and diagramming skills (must be able to produce technical artifacts independently).

+ Self-driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior experience working with ACI or CyberSource as a vendor or integration partner.

+ Healthcare payer industry experience is preferred but not required.

+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation projects.
