    Role Responsibilities:

    + Work with a diverse team of heat transfer and systems experts

    + Lead technology development programs that will enable career growth

    + Solve engineering problems critical to the reduction in energy use and carbon emissions

    + Join the R&D sector of the leading global HVAC&R company

    Role Purpose:

    + Lead technology development programs and deliver on-time solutions to customers.

    + Develop, validate, and deploy new heat exchanger technologies for Carrier’s current and growing range of products

    + Identify and pursue innovation opportunities that improve efficiency, cost, reliability, and competitiveness of Carrier products.

    + Develop and apply state-of-art design and simulation tools to optimize heat exchanger performance

    + Design and employ heat transfer test facilities; plan and supervise laboratory experiments.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of engineering experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant hands-on engineering experience

    + PhD degree with 1+ years of relevant hands-on engineering experience

    Pay Range:

    $74,181 - $130,206 Annually
