    About this role

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Senior Engineer Manufacturing Engineering** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems to streamline and optimize manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of control systems, automation, and manufacturing principles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design and develop control systems and software to meet operational needs and project specifications.

    + Conduct system analysis to evaluate functionality and identify areas for improvement.

    + Program and configure PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and other control interfaces to optimize performance.

    + Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure systems integration and operability.

    + Test and troubleshoot control components to ensure robustness and safety of the system.

    + Maintain and upgrade existing control systems to enhance efficiency and longevity.

    + Provide support and training to other engineers and users on how to operate the newly implemented or modified systems.

    + Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain documentation of procedures and configurations.

    + Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and sustainability

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering

    + 5+ years of experience in control engineering

    + 3+ years HVAC manufacturing experience

    + 2+ years test engineering experience

    + 1+ years manufacturing engineering experience in commercial HVAC manufacturing

    + 2+ years reliability engineering experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + MS in Computer Engineering

    + 1+ years’ experience with LabVIEW, MATLAB
