    Job Summary

    Join Flik Independent School Dining as a District Manager in New York and New Jersey and encourage growth in food and hospitality accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Monitor the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure strict profitability

    + Ensure consistent and fair administration of personnel policies

    + Lead planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the region

    + Participate in the sales process to grow the region

    + Regular travel to support accounts in the area

    + Efficiently implement central initiatives to improve service delivery

    + Resolve and address operational challenges to maintain detailed operations

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + BS Degree or equivalent experience preferred

    + Five to seven years of confirmed contract foodservice management experience

    + Higher Education background preferred

    + Strong leadership and communication skills

    + Financial competence

    + Multi-unit experience is preferred
