Job Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
The FP&A analyst will support consolidated financial planning and analysis activities with a primary focus on the balance sheet and free cash flow. The analyst will assist in ensuring the accuracy of divisional submissions, consolidating balance sheet and free cash flow data for senior leadership review, and will provide variance analysis on actuals vs forecasts and budgets. Additionally, the role will support quarterly board financial preparation and provide support for P&L projections as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assist in the consolidation and review of balance sheet and free cash flow forecasts / budget roll-forward submissions, working with divisions to ensure accuracy.
+ Maintain data within the PBCS balance sheet and free cash flow module for actuals, forecasts, and budgets. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
+ Analyze actuals vs forecast/budget and provide insights with key explanations. Collaborate with divisional finance teams to gather information on business drivers.
The role is based in the NYC office and requires being in the office three days per week.

Qualifications
HOW YOU CAN FIT **(Qualifications)**
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Strong understanding of direct and indirect free cash flow calculations
+ Solid grasp of interactions between the P&L and Balance Sheet
+ Proficiency in managing financial planning systems (e.g. Oracle PBCS)
+ Strong excel skills, including handling large datasets
+ Working knowledge of how to use SmartView for Excel to extract data from Fusion and PBCS.

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fiel
