• Senior CRM Solutions Developer

    Position Summary

    The Senior CRM Solutions Developer will work in the analysis, development, configuration, implementation and support of business applications for Microsoft Dynamics.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Work with the CRM team to build and maintain the company's CRM and reporting systems, including data repositories and mobile application.

    + Support the design of sales and business processes for improved data analytics and automation.

    + Maintenance and troubleshooting of processes of the Dynamics CRM, Mobile App (Resco), Integration tool (Simego), Databases (SQL Server), Business Intelligence (SAS, Google Big Query), and other applications (Subversion, Jenkins, MatchIT, etc).

    + Support the training of new team members on existing business processes and required tools, in a virtual environment.

    Education and/or Experience

    • At least 8 years of software development experience including:

    o Experience with advanced analytics tools such as SAS or R

    o Experience with Asp.NET Web API

    o Good understanding of Entity Framework, Unit Testing

    o Extensive customization experience with Workflow, Business rules, Form and View Configuration, Solution Management

    o Extensive experience with Plugin Development, Web resources, applications client side SDK, expertise with Xrm.Page object model and Data services such as oData

    o Proficient with C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, XML

    o Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server

    o Strong knowledge of how data structures work

    o Proficient with Business Intelligence tools, Linux, Bash and Powershell scripting, Integration Tools, Versioning and Testing.

    + Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills

    + Excellent attention to detail and ability to cross reference information for accuracy

    + Passion for delivering unique customer solutions, built on the Dynamics CRM platform

     

    Preferred

     

    + Experience with implementation of Marketing or Pricing solutions.

    + Experience with designing and implementing Continuous Integration/Delivery automation solutions.

    + Certification for Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform.

    + Computer science degree or equivalent
