    **Title:** Talent Acquisition Recruiter

    **Facility:** Remote (Must reside in Florida)

     

    This position is primarily remote. As part of the hybrid schedule, our recruiters attend in-person hiring events, team meetings, and hiring manager sessions as needed throughout the year. These onsite commitments are essential to support relationship-building, recruitment initiatives, and team connectivity.

    Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for recruiting exempt and non-exempt administrative, technical, clerical, professional and clinical positions for assigned departments throughout BayCare Health System.

    + Works in collaboration with assigned hiring managers to perform full life cycle recruitment functions.

    + Participates as part of the Talent Acquisition team to provide quality staffing.

    + Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources industry.

    Experience & Education:

    + Required - Bachelor's degree and 2 years professional recruiting experience or proven track record as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate competent to take on full cycle recruitment.

    + Or - 8 years' of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED

    Certification:

    + Required **-** Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) certification within 12 months of employment

    **Location:** Clearwater, FL

    **Status:** Full Time, Exempt: Yes

    **Shift Hours:** 7:30AM - 4:00PM
