    I'm currently working with a **well-established global tech brand** that's undergoing a major digital transformation and scaling out their mobile product team. We're looking for a **Flutter Developer** who can hit the ground running and contribute to a suite of mission-critical applications used by enterprise clients worldwide.

    Key Details:

    + ? Contract to Hire (Initial 6 months, with strong potential to convert)

    + ? Fully Remote – Must be based in the U.S.

    + ? Competitive hourly rate + potential full-time conversion package

    What You’ll Be Working On:

    + Building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter

    + Collaborating with product and design teams to deliver polished, high-performance UIs

    + Integrating with RESTful APIs and other backend systems

    + Writing clean, testable, and scalable code

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3+ years of experience in mobile app development (1.5+ years with Flutter)

    + Solid understanding of Dart, State Management (Bloc, Provider, etc.)

    + Comfortable navigating complex codebases in an enterprise environment

    + Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team

    Bonus Points:

    + Experience working on apps with real-time data or high-security requirements

    + Background in legal, fintech, or enterprise SaaS environments
