Job Description

Salesforce Platform Architect facilitate the usage of the platform throughout its lifecycle, from implementation or upgrades to optimization. Will apply technical expertise to ensure his/her solution design meet business needs and perform well. Candidate will need to be fluent in Portuguese and English to support our global organization

40% Ensure Salesforce best utilization: Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design and implement robust platform architectures that meet the organization's performance, scalability, and security requirements.

30% Drive Salesforce upgrades and migrations. Stay updated on the latest Technologies and co-create a plan to get SFDC system upgrade in a smooth way periodically. Able to connect, especially with SAP system architect, to manage system connectivity design and ensure best practices adoption. Provide technical expertise to installations, upgrades, patching, tuning, sizing, DRP, archiving and other activities related.

20% Documentation and Collaboration Maintain a as much as this person can Lucid Chart diagrams and also KB articles related to his/her activities as such as diagrams, architect procedures, dependencies, and notification lists. Provide regular progress reports.

10% Other job duties and projects as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis

Fluent in Portuguese (Brazil) and English to cover global needs.

Salesforce implementation for a large organization with specific focus on the Manufacturing, Sales, Service and Marketing cloud

Strong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processes

Working knowledge of SAP S4 in the SD / OTC area will be considered an asset

Working knowledge of PriceFx will be considered an asset

Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills

Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions

Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applications.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban preferred

Strong proficiency in estimation and planning

Tech Stack: MS Office, Lucid Chart or another diagraming tool, Java, PL-SQL, ITIL, SAFe, Jira Align and Cloud, Service Now Trailhead SFDC Architect Certification, Technical Certification(s) within Software Development discipline or Software Application is preferred, TOGAF as a plus null
