Job Description
Insight Global's client within the fleet management industry is looking for a Vendor Administrator that will be responsible for managing the vendor network database by completing all vendor ads and change requests received. You will also be responsible for contacting vendors to explain program guidelines and correcting transactions, working with Account Executives to obtain location information and handling some clean-up projects related to a recent merge. You will be working with B2B vendors including tire distributors, maintenance providers, and anything related to the client's vehicles. You will receive requests through Salesforce, email, or phone (very few calls) and responding appropriately to the vendor requests.

Skills and Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Data Entry or Call Center roles
Experience with Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUPs and reviewing reports
Experience working with Salesforce
Eager personality, go-getter, strong interpersonal skills Experience with an ERP System (JD Edwards, Oracle, or similar)
Financially savvy
Finance and vendor management background null
