The Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing large, complex, cross-functional programs that align with the organizations strategic objectives. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple projects under a single program umbrella, ensuring successful execution, delivering measurable outcomes, and fostering alignment across stakeholders and teams that include multiple departments.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

o Bachelors degree in business, project management, or a related field.

o Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

o 8+ years of senior project or program management experience, preferably leading large-scale initiatives.

o Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under one program umbrella.

o Experience working with geographically dispersed teams (i.e. across multiple time zones and cultures) strongly preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

o Expertise in project and program management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, MS Office, Smartsheet, Agile frameworks).

o Strong risk management, planning, and execution skills at scale.

o Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Certifications:

o PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent certification is preferred. Qualifications:
