• Site Acquisition Specialist

    Job Description

    An employer is looking for a Site Acquisition Specialist in the Irving, TX area. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate site acquisition duties as it pertains to the clients new macro and small cell site builds. You will partner closely with these 3rd party vendors to track current projects, milestones and related financials. You will be uploading real estate documents into the client databases/ systems (Fuze) and route them to leadership for execution. You will coordinate with these vendors to ensure timely payments, updates and remove bottlenecks accordingly to prevent project delays. Additional tasks may include updating field data in client databases, cell site modifications and other related administrative duties.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years experience in site acquisition/ real estate coordination (Telecom)

     

    Experience with managing A&E related to Macro new builds

     

    Strong background in zoning/ permitting as it pertains to towers, cell sites, etc.

     

    Experience dealing with regulatory and compliance related aspects

     

    Experience with vendor coordination/ management

     

    Experience tracking milestones, financials and POs

     

    Prior experience working for ATC, SBA, Crown Castle, KGI, etc. Strong experience with Google Suite

     

    Prior Verizon Experience
