    Job Description

    A client/employer of Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the management of ServiceNow solutions across various modules. They will also develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure effective operation of the platform.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5 years-experience using ServiceNow

     

    - Bachelor's degree

     

    - strong leadership background

     

    - background in operations: incident management, portfolio management, implementation manager role, IT service, etc. null
