Description
The Worldwide Customer Service organization seeks an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic, exciting, and fun-filled environment supporting two Directors within our Shipping & Delivery Support (SDS) team in Seattle, Washington. This is a 5-day in-office role based at our Seattle location.
You'll be part of a team that drives customer satisfaction, bringing smiles to customers by delighting them with best-in-class customer service. Take your passion and career to the next level with SDS, where we are focused on helping all of Amazon's Last Mile business teams deliver packages for customers and eliminate defects in the transportation supply chain.
As Executive Assistant, you'll serve as a trusted partner handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Your role encompasses maintaining the organizations rhythm of business, managing calendar systems, orchestrating events across various scales, ensuring critical projects are on track, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. Beyond these core responsibilities, you'll be instrumental in fostering a collaborative team culture and building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups.

A day in the life
No two days are exactly alike in this dynamic role. While priorities and challenges vary, here's what you might expect in a typical day:
* Start your day reviewing and adjusting executive calendars
* Coordinate with global stakeholders across time zones
* Manage time-sensitive requests and communications
* Prepare materials for executive meetings
* Handle travel logistics and event planning
* Support critical business operations
* Facilitate team communications and coordination
* Execute on special projects and initiatives
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Experience with end-to-end project management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
