• Part Time Technician (Truck loading)

    **_HPC Industrial powered by Clean Harbors_** is currently seeking a ( **_part time_** ) **_Truck Loading Technician_** to join their safety conscious team! This role will consist of loading and unloading equipment and material onto and from trucks in a safe efficient manner. The **_Truck Loading Technician_** will represent **_HPC Industrial_** with the ability to work as part of a team and maintain positive and safe work environment.

    _WORK SCHEDULE: Part time, Weekend shifts - future opportunity for full time!_

    Responsibilities

    + Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times

    + loading and unloading, materials and equipment from trucks, ensuring proper handling and organization.

    + Inventory management, assist with inventory checks and maintain accurate records of loaded and unloaded materials.

    + Cleaning and maintenance, maintain cleanliness and organization of loading areas and equipment.

    + Safety compliance, follow safety procedures and policies to minimize risks of accidents and injuries during loading process.

    Work Environment

    + May periodically use computers for training purposes.

    + Working conditions: outside work, extreme temperatures, noisy conditions.

    + Physical effort required: Heavy lifting, working with large machinery, confined spaces, and heights.

    Qualifications

    + Reliable transportation- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE PREFERRED

    + Ability to perform physical functions per Key Responsibilities

    + Perform physical functions per job requirements

    + Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position

    + Stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods of time

    + Must be able to lift 50lbs **Skills and Experience:**

    + Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs

    + Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations

    + Valid driver license and other requirements of company’s driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business

    + OSHA certification may be required for this job

    + Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers
