FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY--DALLAS

Responsibilities:

• Drafting a broad array of legal documents such as Petitions, Motions, Notice & Request for Hearings, Summons, Final Decrees, Discovery, Correspondence and other communications.

• Attending Hearings, Mediation, and Trials, representing the firm and its clients.

• Reviewing and categorizing Assets & Liabilities worksheets for equitable property distribution.

• Actively participating in marketing and business development for the firm, helping to grow its client base and reputation.

• Utilizing Adobe Acrobat and Case Management Software to manage and organize documents and client information.

• Working with Document Management systems to ensure accurate and efficient handling of legal documents.

• Consistent interaction with clients

• Leveraging knowledge and experience in Family Law to provide superior service to clients.

Requirements

Must be licensed in Texas to practice law

Looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience who can hit the deck running

Must be able to step in and handle a case independently from start to finish
