Description
Our client, a reputable organization in biotech industry, is seeking an Administrative Manager to oversee team operations and optimize day-to-day administrative functions. As the Administrative Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring workplace efficiency and productivity. From supervising administrative staff to managing complex projects, you’ll drive operational excellence across departments and support the achievement of company goals.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee, mentor, and manage a team of administrative professionals to maintain smooth and efficient office operations.
+ Manage office layout, service contracts, budgets, and supply inventory to ensure a seamless day-to-day workflow.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to optimize administrative tasks, procedures, and technology use.
+ Support executives and departments by coordinating timelines, resources, and progress tracking for key initiatives.
+ Ensure administrative procedures align with company policies, legal regulations, and best practices.
+ Act as a point of escalation for unresolved issues and develop creative, resourceful solutions
Requirements
+ 3-5+ years of experience as an administrative professional, team lead, office manager, or similar role.
+ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
+ Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
+ Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adjust to shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
+ Familiarity with budget management and staff scheduling.
Preferred Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
+ Experience in [the client’s industry, e.g., healthcare, construction, nonprofit] is a plus.
+ Knowledge of HR-related functions, such as recruiting or performance tracking, is an advantage.
