    Job Summary

    Under the direct supervision of the Aquatics Director you will help create a fun, positive welcoming environment for all those who come to the JCC Family Pool. The Family Park Desk Associate will present an appearance and an image consistent with the Schenectady JCC. Must possess mature judgment and sound decision-making.

    Essential Duties

    + Serve as the first point of contact for all members and prospective members.

    + Answer all incoming calls, provide answers to outdoor pool questions, and direct members to the correct source when necessary.

    + Stay current on the outdoor pool schedule and events

    + Uphold and enforce all outdoor pool policies

    + All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Reliable, professional, energetic, and friendly.

    + Computer literate, must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Good problem solver

    + Ability to work as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
