Description We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and guide the financial strategy of our organization in Midland, Texas. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in financial operations, accounting systems, and capital management, ideally within the construction or project-based industries. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure financial health, accuracy, and compliance while driving growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's long-term goals.

• Oversee all accounting functions, including auditing, budgeting, and reporting processes.

• Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and financial forecasting to ensure organizational stability.

• Lead financial system improvements, including the integration and optimization of tools such as SAP and CRM systems.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial planning with business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage risk through effective financial controls.

• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.

• Direct the preparation of financial statements and reports for stakeholders and board members.

• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

• Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and foster growth. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.

• Strong expertise in accounting software systems, including SAP and CRM platforms.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, capital, and cash flow effectively.

• Familiarity with financial processes in the construction or project-based industries is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in overseeing auditing processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated skill in financial planning, forecasting, and risk management.

• Experience with systems integration and optimization, including tools like ADP and 3M.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of team development.
