    Description

    Capital Management Firm in San Mateo is looking for a Client Service Associate! As a Client Service Associate, you will be a crucial point of contact for our clients, providing proactive and responsive support, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. You will play a vital role in supporting the firm's client service initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our client relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, addressing their needs promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-oriented approach.

    + Proactively anticipate client needs and provide relevant information, updates, and resources.

    + Assist clients with account-related requests, including but not limited to account opening and maintenance, fund transfers, statement inquiries, and tax documentation.

    + Prepare and process client documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures.

    + Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Portfolio Management, Operations, and Compliance, to resolve client issues and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

    + Maintain and update client records and databases with precision and attention to detail.

    + Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other communication materials.

    + Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive initial experience.

    + Stay informed about the firm's investment strategies, products, and market updates to effectively address client inquiries.

    + Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to process improvements within the client service function.

    + Adhere to all firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    + Provide administrative support to client-facing team members as needed.

    + Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of experience in a client service role within the financial services industry, preferably in capital management, wealth management, or a related area.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

    + Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.

    + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    + Familiarity with CRM systems and other client management tools.
