    Position DescriptionTitle: Program Coordinator

     

    Position Responsible To: Director of Brunswick Center

     

    Number of People Supervised: 8+

     

    Work Schedule: 52 weeks per year - 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. – 5 days a week.

     

    Education and/or Experience Pre-Requisites: Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3 years of supervisory experience in human services or Associates Degree and 5 years of supervisory experience in human services. Must have a valid New York State Drivers license and good driving record.

     

    The Brunswick Service Day program is looking to hire a Program Coordinator. The Program coordinator is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance for all team and participant operations. This position is responsible for managing day to day functions of the program along with supervising assigned teams and the development of life enriching services. This position reports to the Assistant Director and will coordinate the daily operations and delivery of high quality person centered services including but not limited to:

     

    *Planning and directing staff functions through team meetings to assess department needs

    *Interpret agency policies and engage in problem solving

    *Provides ongoing individualized coaching to direct care staff in order to fulfill job performance

    *Maintains a system of documentation pertinent to team personnel status

    *Overseeing the internal service development of team participants

     

    Salary: $28.50 per hour
