Adecco is in search of a Sales Support Specialist in Tucson, AZ. The hours are 7:30AM to 4PM M-F. Pay for this role is $20.00 per hour based on experience.

**Job Summary** This role will provide top-notch customer support for IPR & Savvi customers via direct customer communication as well as entering production and fulfillment orders for both divisions. The ideal is tech-savvy, skilled in Excel and Word, and has a strong willingness to learn the order system. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, excel in communication, and is eager to provide exceptional customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
+ **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a friendly, professional manner. Resolve issues related to order status, product inquires, return, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ **Production and fulfillment order processing:** Enter both production and fulfillment orders for IPR and Savvi divisions from a variety of sources in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with basic troubleshooting and ensure accurate order information. Experience with an ERP system is a plus, training will be provided for the right candidate.
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**
+ Familiarity with **ERP systems**
+ Excellent **Communication** skills
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required Skills
+ **Order Management:** The process of receiving, reviewing, processing customer orders accurately to ensure alignment with company specifications.
+ **Coordination:** Collaborating with various teams’ sales, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
+ **Microsoft Office Suite:** A collection of office-related applications including Outlook for emails; Excel for spreadsheets; Word for documents; PowerPoint for presentations.
+ **ERP systems:** Enterprise Resource Planning systems used for managing business processes through integrated software platforms.
+ **S&OP:** Sales & Operations Planning involves aligning supply and demand forecasts through data collection and analysis.
Education & Experience:
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Minimum two years customer service experience preferred.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
