• Quality Inspector - 3rd Shift

    **Position:** Mechanical Dimensional Inspector

    **Schedule:** Sunday - Thursday 9:30PM - 5:45AM

    **Pay:** $24+/HR plus a _30% shift differential!_

    _Position Summary:_

    _Responsible for the performance of routine mechanical inspections, per the technical documentation_

    _Duties & Responsibilities:_

    + Collect and review inspection data to ensure component integrity and investigate/resolve discrepancies found during part inspection.

    + Locate appropriate programs, load components into inspection equipment, run basic inspection programs, and report results.

    + Identify features for inspection and correctly assign dimensional values and tolerances specified in print to a given feature.

    + May be required to work in other functional areas and/or facilities depending on business needs.

    + Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

    Education/Experience & Skills:

    + High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training

    + Basic proficiency in blueprint reading

    + Basic understanding of GD&T symbiology

    + Fluent in setup of simple parts and understanding of proper use of basic mechanical inspection equipment.

    + Participate in 5S workplace organizational activities and maintain work area in accordance with 5S standard.

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
