    We're looking for a skilled and passionate **Grill Cook** to join our team! In this role, you'll be the expert behind the grill—preparing everything from burgers and sandwiches to breakfast items, all made to order.     What You'll Be Doing:

    ?** **Grill Mastery & Food Preparation

    + Cook a variety of grilled menu items with precision and speed.

    + Follow customer specifications and internal standards for taste, presentation, and food safety.

    + Operate grills, fryers, and kitchen tools safely and efficiently.

     
     

    + Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality food service.

    + Help train new team members on grill techniques and safety procedures.

    + Communicate clearly with the team to fulfill orders quickly and correctly.

    ?** **Cleanliness & Food Safety

    + Maintain a spotless, organized grill station and follow all food safety guidelines.

    + Sanitize tools and surfaces regularly and adhere to health regulations.

    + Monitor food temperatures and handling for maximum safety and quality.

    ?** **Inventory Support

    + Assist with stock management and ingredient prep to keep service running smoothly.

    + Alert the manager of any shortages or equipment needs.

    ?** **Customer-Focused Excellence

    + Ensure each order is consistent, fresh, and cooked to perfection.

    + Help resolve food-related customer concerns with professionalism and care.

    + Step in to support peak service times and ensure a seamless guest experience.

    What We're Looking For:

    + Previous grill or line cook experience in a busy kitchen (preferred)

    + Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety practices

    + Ability to multitask, move fast, and stay calm under pressure

    + Team player with a great attitude and strong communication skills

    + Willingness to learn, grow, and bring positive energy to the kitchen

    Physical Requirements:

    + Stand and move for extended periods

    + Frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs

    + Work safely around hot surfaces and equipment

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
