    **Job Description:** As a Robotic Cell Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:

    + Operating robotic cells, including lathe machines to chuck up and turn parts to specified dimensions.

    + Managing robots, center bench, heat treat, and hobb or rack roller.

    + Stacking finished parts in shipping containers.

    + Making adjustments and performing tool changes.

    + Inspecting parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Machine operating and production.

    + Reading and interpreting blueprints.

    + Conducting inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

    + General labor and production tasks.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + 1-2 years of machine operating experience preferred.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Basic math skills.

    + Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, snap gauges, height gauges, ring gauges, pin gauges, and micrometers.

    + Ability to read blueprints and orders.

    + Computer literacy for recording information.

    + Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to stand continuously for 8-12 hours.

    + Capability to work in tight spaces.

    + Strength and manual dexterity to operate tools and make repairs.

    + Ability to lift up to 20 pounds repetitively and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

    + Ability to twist, bend, lift, stand, crouch, and climb to perform various types of manual labor.

    + Good eye/hand coordination and motor skills.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
