    Job Overview

     

    We are seeking an experienced **Senior Project Manager (Service Project Sales) – Fast Response** with expertise in **Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing** procedures to join our team in San Jose, CA. This role involves making sales contact, researching customer needs, and overseeing the logistics of sales projects. The Senior Project Manager must develop and maintain professional communications with co-workers and clients. Strong initiative, effective communication, and a focus on client satisfaction are key to success.     Key Responsibilities

    + Sales Initiative: Make sales contacts and follow-up on sales leads with new and existing customers.

    + Client Relationships: Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

    + Sales Development: Make sales contacts, research customer needs, and follow up on leads to drive revenue growth.

    + Revenue Goals: Meet or exceed established revenue and profit targets.

    + Client Meetings: Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients

    + Mentorship: Provide guidance and respond to team members and client inquiries.

    + Sales Management: Provides estimates and proposals on needed projects.

    + Procurement: Procure necessary materials and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.

    + Sales Management: Oversee projects and obtain all permits.

    + Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure smooth execution.

    + Cost Management: Maintain accurate cost control and projections for all projects.

    + Procedural Adherence: Follow and uphold established Air Systems Project Management procedures.

    Qualifications

    + BA/BS Degree.

    + 5-7 Years experience as a Project Manager in industry.

    + Proficient on MS Office Suite and Salesforce.

    + Well developed sales process and sales skills.

    + Excellent oral/written communication skills.

    + Developed presentation skills.

    + Excellent customer relations skills.

    + Attention to detail.

    **Competitive Salary** : $130,000 - $140,000 per year based on experience.
