Salary: $9000 / Week

Position Details:
+ Location: Mason City, IA
+ LEVEL 3 Trauma Center. 14 ORs.
+ Specialty: CRNA
+ Start Date: ASAP after credentialing - 30-45 day credentialing
+ Duration: Ongoing
+ Schedule:
+ New Locum CRNA's: Mon-Fri, 7am - 3:30pm (8-hour shifts only)
+ On-call: Optional Call
+ Travel/Lodging: Full travel and lodging provided
+ EMR: Cerner
Requirements:
+ Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS
+ Licensure: IA license ready (willing to accept candidates who are not licensed in IA but are willing to apply)
+ Availability: Must be available full-time (can accept providers available 1-2 weeks per month)
+ Experience: Comfortable with epidurals and a variety of cases including, spines, general surgery, occasional head, OB, etc.
