Make a Difference
The Associate Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned external strategic solution partnerships at the vendor level, and early external strategic partner relationships under the direction of the Office of Transformation. The Associate Account Manager will work closely with Office of Transformation leadership and serve as the point of contact for identified potential and existing strategic vendors/solutions, partners, and/or relationships. The Associate Account Manager ensures the appropriate processes occur to achieve contract negotiations, information sharing during discovery, determined goals, and next steps. This role serves as the connector to Community Health Network’s initial internal IT, legal, and operational departments and processes.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward client management.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
+ In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Two (2) years of experience in account or vendor management in healthcare, customer service, business development, or sales preferred.
+ Experience working in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
+ Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
+ Relationship management and relationship building skills strongly preferred.
