    Community Physician Network is currently seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to practice in Pendleton, IN. This position offers the opportunity for physicians to join a well-established, collegial practice delivering high-quality healthcare.

     

    + Shared call schedule

    + Outpatient only

    + No OB

    + Electronic Medical Record System (Epic)

    + Office location close to northern suburbs of Indianapolis

    + Ability to practice in a smaller community while having the support of a larger network

    Licensure & Certifications

    + Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

    + Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
