    Highlights

    **Community Physician Network** is actively seeking a **Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician** to join our **outpatient practice** at the **Stones Crossing Pavilion** . The pavilion is part of a rapidly growing medical facility that will be expanding to meet the needs of the surrounding community, offering exciting future opportunities for our care teams.

    Licensure & Certifications

    • **Board Certified** or **Board Eligible** in Family Medicine

    • Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

    Desired Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the care team

    • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
