Description
Join our team at Sticky Buns-a quick service coffee shop with light fare.The Restaurant Manager works with our F&B director and chefs to ensure that the guests receive the highest quality in food service and overall experience and is responsible for overall operations,employee management, budget & inventory control.
Schedules, trains and supervises all employees
Prepares food for proper presentation
Trains and assists team leaders to properly merchandise stores
Reorders inventory as needed
Participates in marketing efforts to increase stores attendance
Oversees cleanliness of the store
Helps establish profit center budget
Implements and maintains cost-control measures
Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour based on experience. This position is from April-October with possible advancement opportunities to full-time year round.

Paid Sick Leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked, begin accruing upon hire) up to 7 days per year of NYPSL
