What You’ll Do as a Junior Recruiter:

As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll develop the skills needed to excel in talent acquisition while playing a critical role in our recruitment process. Responsibilities include:

+ **Candidate Sourcing:** Use job boards, ATS platforms, and social media to identify qualified candidates.

+ **Talent Engagement:** Build strong relationships with candidates and communicate opportunities effectively.

+ **Screening:** Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit for roles.

+ **Performance Excellence:** Consistently achieve KPIs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with mid-level and senior recruiters to support client hiring needs.

+ **Learning and Development:** Continuously develop your recruiting skills through mentorship and training.

+ **Administrative Support:** Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and coordinate interview schedules.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking enthusiastic, coachable individuals ready to grow in the recruiting field.

Required Qualifications:

+ **Education/Experience:** A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Entry-level candidates are welcome!

+ **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

+ **Tech Savviness:** Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, ATS platforms, and other digital tools.

+ **Drive to Succeed:** A proactive attitude and a passion for learning.

+ **Organization:** Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus.

+ Familiarity with recruiting tools or sourcing strategies is helpful but not required.
