BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking **Direct Support Professionals (DSP)** to join the team in New Castle, Delaware. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in the community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. How You’ll Make an Impact:

+ Accompany clients on errands and appointments

+ Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities

+ Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation

+ Participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

+ One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities _(If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program)_

+ High school diploma or equivalent
