Job Description:
The Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas seeks a Director for the Customized Online Programs. The online graduate program offers MBA , MS, and certificate options for the mobile professional. The curriculum is highly flexible – with an emphasis on strategy and emerging technologies.
The Program Director’s primary role will be to recruit and select professionals. In addition, they will mentor and advise aspiring executive leaders; oversee advertising campaigns; manage the program staff; develop program budgets; assure program quality and continuity; and evaluate curriculum and assessments.
Profile
+ Strong recruiting or sales background with 10+ years’ experience
+ Clear interpersonal skills & the ability to create connections and foster relationships at the highest level
+ Superlative oral and written communication skills, including public speaking, with the ability to present to a large group
+ Developed leadership skills & ability to successfully influence decision-making in an organization
+ Entrepreneurial mindset & proven ability to lead
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related progressive experience.

+ Ten years of recruiting or sales experience with online programs.
+ An MBA or other graduate business degree, certificate, or related credentials.
