At the UTD Callier Child Development Program, we serve children from infancy through kindergarten with a focus on individualized learning. Our inclusive philosophy fosters communication, emotional and social development, physical skills, and cognitive growth. Children thrive through rich, play-based experiences alongside peers with different abilities and communication styles.
We are looking for committed educators who are ready to:
+ Develop and implement relationship-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3)
+ Create a safe, engaging, and exploratory learning environment
+ Partner with families to support each child’s unique development
+ Provide leadership and mentorship to teaching teams, part-time staff, substitutes, and volunteers
+ Contribute to a collaborative, child-centered, and inclusive program culture

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED .
