Summit Technical Solutions (STS) (http://sts-llc.com) is seeking a SharePoint Front End Developer to provide software engineering support on the Command Information Management Systems (CIMS III) contract in Huntsville, AL.

General Description

Perform software engineering activities to include concept, design, analysis, development, testing, government acceptance, integration, documentation, and delivery and operation of software.

+ Software development activities may also include implementation of security controls, performance monitoring and improvement, and SharePoint templates and workflows.

+ SharePoint activities include portal branding, graphics and page layout design, and training end users to update SharePoint pages and templates.

+ Web Portal tasks include providing support for technology enhancements, graphic support, testing, design, identification and recommendation of the latest technologies, web hosting and design, posting modifications to the web site, testing and re-engineering of existing web pages, and maintenance of web sites.

Required Skills

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

+ Bachelor’s degree in related technical field is required

+ Must be a US citizen with either a current Secret clearance, or eligibility to obtain a secret clearance.

+ Security+ CE or equivalent IAT Level II certification is required

+ 5 years SharePoint experience

+ 7+ years of development experience within the .NET framework (C#, VB, ASP, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, and/ or JQuery) is required

Required Experience

The following skills/ experience are a plus:

+ 5+ years' Microsoft Windows Server (to include PowerShell Scripting) is preferred

+ 5+ years of development experience with Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (to include SSIS,SSRS and SSAS) is preferred

+ Experience with SharePoint Farms and SharePoint migration
