    Are you a recent graduate in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field with dreams of becoming a physical therapist? AID Performance Physical Therapy—Ashburn’s top-rated sports physical therapy clinic—is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Aide / Kinesiology Specialist to join our fun, energetic, and patient-centered team!

     

    This full-time role begins in mid-July 2025 and is an ideal fit for new grads taking a gap year before applying to PT school. You’ll gain hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, and insight into the field of physical therapy.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assist physical therapists with patient care and exercise programs

    + Apply hot and cold therapy

    + Help keep treatment areas clean and organized

    + Answer phones, schedule appointments, and complete paperwork

    + Maintain and clean equipment

    + Optional: Help recommend exercise products to clients

    + Learn and help run our Force Plate Performance Program

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or similar

    + Looking for long-term employment (not seasonal or temporary)

    + Available to begin mid-July 2025
