    CaroMont Health is hiring a Full-Time Ultrasound Tech (Obstetrical) to work Day shifts within our CaroMont Women's Healthcare team at CaroMont Health!

     

    This position will float between our Summit Location and our Ashley Location.

     

    CaroMont Health Women's Ashley Location: 1225 East Garrison Boulevard, Gastonia, NC 28054

     

    CaroMont Health Women's Summit Location: 620 Summit Crossing Place Gastonia,NC 28054

    Ultrasound Technologist Roles and Responsibilities:

    + To perform various obstetrical ultrasound procedures, including education and preparation of patient.

    + Operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + Certificate in Medical Diagnostic Sonography required.

    + RDMS registered preferred, required within 18 months of hire.

    + On-going participation in continuing education.

    + Considerable skill in performing various OB ultrasound studies.

    + Willingness to accept new responsibilities as new equipment / examinations are introduced .
