+ Support the delivery of student services to current Questrom School of Business undergraduate students, other BU students taking Questrom courses, prospective students, and Questrom faculty and staff.

+ Perform academic advising, related administrative duties, and event coordination.

+ Provide vision and strategy as the primary advisor and information source for first-year students, overseeing strategic first-year student outreach and orientation efforts, and managing the academic advising process for assigned cohort of students as they enter and continue in the Questrom School of Business.
