    Job Title: Sr. Tax Advisor

     

    Salary: $120-140k + Bonus

     

    Robert Half is partnering with a leading independent wealth management firm in their search for a Senior Tax Advisor. This firm is dedicated to transforming the financial futures of its clients through personalized, innovative financial planning. With a nationwide presence of over 100 offices and serving more than 55,000 households, they offer a collaborative, team-driven approach that goes beyond traditional financial services.

    Responsibilities:

    + Guide clients on tax strategy and day-to-day execution of their plans.

    + Ensure client satisfaction and retention by helping them meet financial goals.

    + Prepare for client meetings, presenting financial performance and transaction reports.

    + Prepare tax returns and supporting workpapers for individuals, partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, trusts, and gifts.

    + Focus on individual (1040), partnership (1065), S-Corp (1120S), C-Corp (1120), trust (1041), and gift (709) tax returns.

    + Assist in marketing plan development, following AICPA and state regulations.

    + Foster team collaboration and efficiency.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting (preferred)

    + 4+ years of high-net-worth tax experience

    + CPA certification required

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    + Solid industry and product knowledge

    + Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
